Natasha Winnard is an international education and youth empowerment consultant fuelled by a passion to support and guide young people to achieve their full potential. In 2019 Natasha decided to leave full time work in international schools to set up Natasha Winnard Consultancy, in order to focus on providing a holistic personalized online service to support and guide globally mobile families. Natasha’s consultancy work focuses on providing students with mental health and well-being, social, academic and international school and future pathway transition support.

Natasha has worked with many amazing young people for over 20 years as an international educator, K-12 guidance, college, university and career counselor, mentor and volunteer in international schools and communities in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. She has also been an IB examiner, workshop leader and textbook author and Association of International Schools in Africa (AISA) Child protection working group coordinator and workshop trainer. She regularly contributes to articles to guide and support global families and educators in The International Educator (TIE) and on her own blog.
