Our commitment to the elimination
of all forms of prejudice

As a learning organization we are here to educate ourselves and the international schools community on how to best help children learn. We commit to learning better, listening better, doing better to promote the fundamental principle of the oneness of humankind that should animate all human endeavor, both individual and collective.

This means, through our professional learning programs, guiding and mentoring school leaders to lead by example, to create robust, resilient systems within their schools that leave absolutely no space or place for any form individual, institutional or systemic prejudice to even exist, much less thrive.  It means guiding our teachers and counselors to see and use each and every encounter with each and every child as an opportunity to sow seeds and actions of love, dignity, service and justice.  It means relentlessly sharpening the tools and programs we offer to ensure that our leaders and teachers grow their capacity to raise up a generation of learners who will NOT TOLERATE PREJUDICE. We commit.
