Prior to 2018 when she joined SSM-FC’s founding team, she held both leadership and teaching roles at Brent International School Subic, Philippines.

She has developed and implemented several key operational systems, innovative projects, and communication channels that support an efficient and effective approach to systems that drive professional development, create student programs and build inclusive communities.

Chief among her contributions to the effective management of her current start-up school is the creation and documentation from the ground up of a residential life program, secondary academic curriculum, college counseling program, advising program, restorative justice program, professional growth plans and most importantly taking a leadership role in the articulation of the school’s mission and vision.

She is an experienced mentor and educator who has worked with both adult learners and adolescents in schools and NGOs. She now serves as a mentor for the AIELOC’s Aspiring Leaders of Color program and is passionate about diversity and inclusion initiatives.
