Elaine works at the International School of Amsterdam as an EAL specialist and literacy coach where she is in the process of establishing a CLIL (content and language integrated learning) Lab as a ‘site of possibility’ for training staff members in how to provide rich, linguistically and culturally responsive learning environments and assessment experiences for all multilingual learners. She is a graduate of the TTC-EAL certification program.
