A recognized thought leader in recruitment reform, she has led the development and advocacy of evidence-based hiring practices through her work as the DIrector of The International Educator (TIE), including the implementation of Standards of Practice for International Schools and Evidence-Based Portfolios to drive fairness, transparency, and quality in candidate selection.
