Stacy is an experienced international educator and organizational strategist with over 20 years of leadership in global education. A recognized thought leader in recruitment reform, she has led the development and advocacy of evidence-based hiring practices through her work as the DIrector of The International Educator (TIE), including the implementation of Standards of Practice for International Schools and Evidence-Based Portfolios to drive fairness, transparency, and quality in candidate selection.
Stacy’s approach to recruitment is grounded in systems thinking, facilitative leadership, and evidence-based decision-making. She has designed and implemented performance-based hiring models, led diverse teams through inclusive and strategic recruitment efforts, and brings deep expertise in aligning recruitment with equity principles and school mission.
