Reserving a Room
Course registration does not include accommodation. In order to guarantee accommodation at the PTC rate and availability, you must book your room before 5 May 2026. Any bookings made after that date will be subject to price and availability.

Visas
Check early to determine if you need a visa to travel to Panama. Click here for visa information. The PTC can provide a visa support letter and payment receipt should you require them. Contact the PTC at registrations@ThePTC.org

If you are in need of a visa for attending a course in Lisbon, we must receive confirmation of your visa by 1 May 2026 or we will transfer your registration to the same course online or rollover your registration to another year.

Course Schedule

First Day Schedule
PTC course registration is from 1:00pm-3:00pm on the first day of the course. Check your welcome letter or front desk for details. During registration you will receive your name badge and other course-related material. If you need assistance downloading your resource book, bring your device so coordinators can help you.

The introductory session for PTC begins at 4:00pm and continues until 6:15 pm, on the first day of the course, followed by dinner at 6:30pm. Arrive in plenty of time to attend this first session. It is essential to the rest of the course.

Schedule Days 2-7
Days 2 - 7: 8:00 - 5:00 Course sessions
Day 6: additional session from 6:00pm- 8:30 pm including dinner (attendance required)
Day 7: 8:00am -1:00pm: Course sessions and closure.

FROM TOCUMEN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO SHERATON GRAND PANAMA

BY TAXI: Official taxis are the only taxi option that can be boarded directly in the airport's arrivals area. The cost should be about $20- $25 depending on traffic and takes about 15-20 minutes to arrive at the hotel.

BY UBER (or other Transport App): Transportation services based on mobile applications, such as Uber, DiDi, Cabify or InDriver, are also available. You must leave the arrivals level and cross the street to the parking area for pickup. The cost should be $20-$40 and takes about 15-20 minutes to arrive at the hotel.
