Did you know that as essential teaching tool for your
classroom is a mirror? When we are learning a new
language, seeing how the words are formed and hearing them
at the same time accelerates learning and helps in
overcoming self-consciousness.

How much time do your kids spend
'talking'? The most common response from teachers is
'too much'. The research on how kids (and adults) best learn
is turning that belief on its head. 'Listening' is
apparently the form of learning which is the LEAST likely to
be retained, while 'talking' (about what is being learned)
significantly increases retention.
