Accommodation is offered on a double room basis (2 TTC participants sharing) for four (4) nights, including breakfasts. Hotel check-in begins at 4 pm on the first day of the course. Unshared private rooms (if available) can be arranged for an extra fee of (USD$62.50 per night/ USD$250 per TTC course). Requests for private rooms  should be made at the time of registration as indicated on the TTC registration form.  Private rooms will be provided on a space available basis.

Extra nights

 

Reservations for extra nights for evenings before, after, or in-between TTC course dates which are not included in the course fees should be made directly by the TTC participant to the hotel. A special group rate booking form will be provided to registered TTC participants in the registration confirmation packet.  The TTC group rate for before, after and in-between nights is $125/per night (single/double) plus tax and does not include breakfast.  The deadline for extra night reservations is 9 May 2008 and is offered on a space available basis.

Single room accommodation is offered for four (4) nights. Check-in begins on the first day of the course after 2:00pm. Rooms are single occupancy dormitory style with private bath (ensuite) and include a full English breakfast. Telephones are available in dormitory rooms for incoming calls and outgoing calls with a phone card.  Dataport (ethernet) internet hookup is available for participants in dormitory rooms at an additional charge.
