Mary Russman is currently the Director of the International School of Latvia and was the Middle School Principal at the American School of The Hague for the previous nine years. She has spent 32 years in international schools in ten different countries. Mary was previously an academic counselor for a university, a middle school/high school counselor and K-12 counselor in international settings. She is a graduate of the PTC's Essential Skills program and has previously both presented and co-trained Principal Training Center courses.
