Position: Secondary - Head of School
Date Posted: 22 February 2017

Schools regulated by the Japanese Ministry of Education offer different sorts of compensation packages. We do NOT offer housing subsidies, relocation expenses, annual flights home and other "perquisites" offered by some schools. This is in line with other schools of our type. To attract high-quality candidates, we offer them much higher than usual salaries and let them use the extra funds as they will. We do, of course, help with introductions, guarantees, translation and advice in getting our candidates successfully settled (residence cards, banking, finding an appropriate apartment and so forth). Our paid-vacation schedule, also, is in line with non-Ministry type schools and is more generous from the candidate's perspective than other schools of our type.
