www.doralresort.com 4400 N.W. 87th Avenue Miami, FL 33178 Tel: +1 305 592 2000 Accommodations in Miami Accommodation is offered on a double room basis (2 PTC participants sharing) for six (6) nights, including breakfasts. PTC check- in begins on the first day of the course from 1-3pm. Hotel check-in from 4pm. Course begins promptly on first day at 4pm. Unshared private rooms can be arranged for an extra fee on a space available basis ($62.50 per night/$375 per PTC course) Requests for private rooms are not guaranteed and should be made at the time of registration as indicated on the PTC registration form. Confirmation will be provided on a space available basis.	Extra nights Reservations for evenings before, after, or in-between PTC course dates which are not included in the course fees should be made directly by the PTC participant to the Doral Golf Resort & Spa. A group rate booking form will be provided to registered PTC participants in the registration confirmation packet. PTC group rates for before, after and in-between course dates are $125/per night plus tax. Extra night reservations are confirmed by the hotel on a space available basis. Deadline for any extra nights reservations is 9 May 2008. Breakfast not included.

Accommodations in London Single room accommodation is offered for six (6) nights. Check-in begins on the first day of the course after 2:00pm. Rooms are single occupancy dormitory style with private bath (ensuite) and include full English breakfast. Telephones are available in dormitory rooms for incoming calls and outgoing calls with a phone card. Dataport (ethernet) internet hookup is available for participants in dormitory rooms at an additional charge.
Extra nights Reservations for evenings before, after, or in-between PTC course dates which are not included in the course fees should be made directly by the PTC participant to Walter Sickert Hall of Residence at City University. A special extra night group rate booking form or online reservation process if available from the university will be provided to registered PTC participants in the registration confirmation packet. PTC group rates for before, after and in-between course dates are GPB£23.80/per night plus vat/tax and does not include breakfast. Deadline for extra night reservations is 9 May 2008 and will be confirmed on a space available basis.
