2.      Reflection 

Please reflect on how these two pieces of writing may be related. What are some of the relationships and connections between developing emotionally intelligent leadership in self and supporting the development of leadership capacity in others.

3.    Notes

Please come prepared with notes on two or three important learnings from PTC Essential Skills courses that you have taken and that you have actually used in your school. (Essential Skills courses:  Leadership & Group Dynamics, Creating & Administering an Effective School, Curriculum & Resource Development, Instructional Supervision).

4.    Vignettes

In preparation for the small group sessions in the afternoon, please bring a short written (about one page) description of a leadership challenge that you are facing in your school, or if you are not in a leadership role yourself, that you believe is a leadership challenge at your school.
