Participants who complete four of the five essential skills courses at annual PTC Institutes are awarded the PTC's "Certificate of International School Leadership". 

Participants who have completed the Essential Skills program above have the opportunity to complete four additional advanced courses.  Upon completion, the PTC's "Certificate of Advanced International School Leadership" is awarded.
