27-29 June: Classes from 8:15 to 3:30 pm
Reflection Sessions 3:45-5:30pm
30 June: Classes end at approximately 1:00pm
Training is intensive. Evenings are free
for sightseeing and relaxation but little free time is available
during the course for off-site activities.

A registration form and a $500 deposit per course (non-refundable)
must be received at the PTC office by 9 May 2008.

Space in this course is limited. Early registration is
recommended.
Places cannot be held until the deposit
is paid. Full payment and all balances are due by 9 May 2008.
Courses not paid in full by deadline are subject to cancellation or
placed on a waitlist.

Cancellations
All deposits ($500 per course) are
non-refundable. Applicants who register and then withdraw from the
program after 9 May 2008 will be refunded one half of the course
fees less the deposit.
Participants must complete the full
four day institute in order to receive a certificate of completion.
Those who arrive late or depart early will not receive confirmation
of participation.
Required preparation
Participants can expect a high
level of professionalism in each course and should be prepared to
work intensely and collaboratively. All registrants will receive a
few pre-reading and preparation assignments by early May via email.
Additionally, participants are asked to bring a written case study
or vignette dealing with a typical problem or situation confronted
during professional practice. These will be used as discussion
material in reflection sessions. Assignments will also be available
on the PTC website at
www.ThePTC.org
Additional Information
Institute fees DO NOT include accommodation the days before or after
course.
Participants needing accommodation before or after the course dates
must make arrangements directly with the University dormitory. A
group rate
extra nights booking form or online reservation option will be
provided
in your registration confirmation packet. Rooms are offered on a
space
available basis only.
Due to the intensive training and limited facilities, CTC
accommodation
is not offered to spouses or other non-participants. CTC
participants
should not plan to have spouses or family members accompany them.
Graduate credits toward a Masters degree
as well as US administrative certification are available for all CTC
courses through Buffalo State SUNY and Lehigh University. These
credits cost an additional $325 per BTC course (3 grad credits),
payable to the Principals’ Training Center.

Accommodation is single room ensuite (private-bath) dormitory one
person occupancy for four (4) nights. Check-in begins on the first
day of the course with CTC at 1:00pm. Dormitory rooms also available
for check in from 2:00pm; check-out is on the last day of the course
by 10:00am.
