    2012 Summer Institutes Miami sessions and accommodation will be at the Turnberry Isle Hotel & Resort in Aventura, Florida, just north of Miami and Miami Beach. The hotel is a Mediterranean-style resort secluded on 300 tropical acres, but right across the street from Miami’s biggest shopping mall.

    • Rooms include free wireless internet, telephones, plasma television, iron and ironing board, coffee and tea maker, safe, air-conditioning, hair dryer, make-up mirror, robes and slippers.
    • The 'shared accommodation' option includes a double room with two beds shared by two registrants (you can request your own roommate when you register or the PTC will find a roommate for you). You can select a private room at a higher cost.
    • Accommodation for seven-day courses is for six nights. Accommodation for five-day courses is for four nights. Accommodation for the BTC four-day course is three nights.
    • Accommodation includes breakfast.
    • Course on-site registration is on the first day of the course from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.
    • Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 pm.
    • The course begins promptly on the first day at 4pm.

    Extra nights
    Reservations for nights before, after, or in-between courses should be made directly by the participant to the Turnberry Isle Hotel and Resort. Download and print the appropriate hotel extra night form on the left sidebar, fill it out, and fax, phone or email it to the contact on the form. The group rate for extra nights is $149.16/night ($132/night plus tax).

    Extra night reservations are confirmed by the hotel on a space available basis. Breakfast is not included.

    2012 Summer Institutes London sessions and accommodation will be at the Selsdon Park Hotel & Golf Club. The hotel is located in Selsdon, south of Croydon, 13 miles southeast of central London on 205 acres of parkland.

    • En-suite rooms include toiletries, tea/coffee tray, TV, phone, hairdryer, and trouser press.  Wireless internet access is also available for an additional fee.
    • The 'shared accommodation' option includes a double room with two beds shared by two registrants (you can request your own roommate when you register or the PTC will find a roommate for you). You can select a private room at a higher cost.
